Hobbies

Here is a list of things I enjoy doing:

  • I am a passionate programmer. I love programming microchips, calculators and computers;
  • I love clothes shopping — provided I have money to spare;
  • I play the piano. I often enjoy learning new songs and writing my own music;
  • Camping! I love camping with friends and family — but more so with friends;
  • Beach Volleyball; although not excellent, I love this sport.
Television

Though I'm not a huge TV watcher, some of my favourites are:

  • Neighbours (The TV show made in Melbourne);
  • Packed to the rafters (a new Australian hit);
  • Rush (another Aussie show);
  • House;
  • The Simpsons (very clever);
  • Heroes (love science fiction).

But I don't watch any shows religiously, which is why I'm not a huge TV person.

 Films

Who doesn't like a good film? Some of my favourite films are:

  • Sliding doors;
  • Love, and other disasters;
  • The illusionist;
  • Chocolat;
  • The time machine;
  • Mean girls;
  • Stick it.

Genres I enjoy are:

  • Science Fiction (can't get enough of them!);
  • Documentaries;
  • Love & Romance (Yeah, I enjoy crying over a love story!);
  • Comedy (To a certain boundary of comedy);
  • Most Acadamy Award Winners.
Books

Books I really love:

  • Spare Parts ~ Sally Rogers;
  • Eye to Eye ~ Catherine Jinks;
  • Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (Trilogy of 5) ~ Douglas Adams;
  • Finders Keepers ~ Emily Rodda;
  • Deltora Quest (Series) ~ Emily Rodda;
  • Harry Potter (Series) ~ J.K. Rowling.

I like the following genres:

  • Science Fiction;
  • Mystery;
  • Comedy;
  • Shakespeare (Wow! The author is the genre!).

I don't restrict myself to particular genres, I just like what I hear when I hear something I like.
