(here) Conflict is inevitable; it is how people deal with it that matters. Certainly conflict is inevitable, as every human being is mentally unique. If every human were like-minded, we'd all be agreeing with eachother and conflict between individuals would be non-existent; after all, we are all the same person. This can be proven through false agreements. You can tell me that oranges taste better than apples. Even though apples taste much better than oranges, I'm not really in the mood to contradict you at that moment. So I proceed to agree with you. It appears that we have the same view. No apparent disagreement = No conflict. |
